Refund Policy

At Scan2List, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. Please read our refund policy carefully.
1. Subscription Refunds
Since Scan2List subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refund requests are handled by the respective platform:
- Google Play Store: You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase directly through Google Play. Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
- Apple App Store: Refund requests can be submitted within 90 days of purchase at reportaproblem.apple.com
2. When Refunds May Be Granted
- You were charged but could not access the premium features
- You were double-charged for the same subscription
- Technical issues prevented you from using the service during your subscription period
- First-time purchase within 7 days if you are unsatisfied with the service
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Subscriptions that have been used for more than 7 days
- Partial month refunds after active usage
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Requests made after the eligible refund period
4. Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play or App Store settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires
- Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please:
- Email us at support@scantolist.in with your registered email and reason
- Include your order/transaction ID from Google Play or App Store
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
