Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Scan2List mobile application operated by Scan2List.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Scan2List, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Scan2List is a mobile application that allows users to:

  • Scan product barcodes using their device camera
  • Generate AI-powered product titles, descriptions, and keywords
  • Publish product listings to multiple e-commerce platforms
  • Manage products and listings from a single dashboard

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • One account per user. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits is prohibited.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Scan2List offers free and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Google Play / App Store account settings.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Upload counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited product listings
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the service
  • Violate the terms of service of connected marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

6. AI-Generated Content

Scan2List uses artificial intelligence to generate product listings. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content may not always be 100% accurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing
  • We are not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate AI-generated listings

7. Intellectual Property

The Scan2List app, including its design, logo, and technology, is owned by Scan2List and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our app without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scan2List shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice or liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
